Hoppy Wheat Ale
Not your typical wheat beer. Lots of citrus and grapefruit on the nose and pallet. The red wheat and hops balance each other well. Starts with hints of butter and malt and ends with a very nice complex citrus flavor.
Oatmeal Stout
This is a very easy drinking oatmeal stout. You'll get smoke and toast without a very heavy mouth feel. This beer finishes dry and crisp.
*Fun fact. This stout took 2nd place in a homebrew fest in the middle of July!*
Black IPA
Black in color but very hoppy. The variety of hops used in this beer create a dank aroma and flavor while balancing the toasty and slightly smoky flavors created from the malts.
Rye IPA
Its not what you think. Even if you don't like rye give it a try. We use a few hop varieties to give rich and bold flavor. Coupled with rye to give the beer a nice spice. If you want an IPA that gets off the beaten path a bit, this is for you!
Smoked Cream Ale
This beer starts with a nice smoky flavor and aroma from the smoked malt. Not too smoky though. Finishes clean, crisp, and smooth. A very easy drinking beer. Many have called it crushable!
Blood Orange IPA
Up front a ton of orange and clementine. Flavors of tropical fruit and orange will cover your pallet. We actually use fresh blood orange peels in the recipe. It's not a typical "fruit beer". So all you IPA lovers will still get down on it!
